What are your hours?
Our laundromat is open from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. 7 days a week

Are you attended?
Yes! We have attendants on hand during all operating hours.
Are you a coin or credit card laundromat?
Our largest machines in the front row take either cards or coins.
Our small and mid size machines take coins only.
Our dryers take coins only.
*** We have a coin machine and an ATM on location
Do you have large machines?
Yes! We have:
(2) 80 pound machines
(3) 60 pound machines
and a large selection of smaller sizes
Wash & Fold
What are your wash and fold hours?
You can leave your laundry with us any time between 7:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m.
What products do you use when you wash my clothes?
We use only premium detergents when we wash your laundry.
Is there a minimum order?
The is a 12 pound minimum order.
Do you wash my clothes with other clothes?
No. We always keep our customers laundry separate from one another.
What is the turnaround time for wash & fold?
Turnaround time depends on the service you choose. There is same day turnaround, next day turnaround and 2 days or more turnaround.
Pickup & Delivery
When do you pickup and deliver?
We pick up and deliver Monday - Sunday from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm.
What is the turnaround time?
You can select the most convenient delivery day at checkout.
Is there a minimum order?
There is a 24 pound minimum order.
How much does pickup and delivery cost?
If you sign up for weekly or biweekly service the cost is only $2.25/lb. If you only want to use our service as-needed it is $2.35/lb. There is a $2.50 gasoline surcharge on each order.
Do I need to be home to use this service?
No, you don't. Just let us know when you place your order where you will be leaving your laundry, so our driver knows where to find it.
Can I make a special request on how I want my laundry done?
Yes, you can. There is a section when you place your order where you can let us know if you have any special instructions.
Is there a contract or long term commitment?
No there is not. You can cancel at any time, but we know you will stick with us because we offer exception service.
When I schedule an order, how will I be billed?
We will ask for your credit information when you place your order. You card will not be charged until your laundry is completed.
What do I put my laundry in?
We recommend a laundry bag or a trash bag that cinches closed.
Can I put my pickups on hold while I'm on vacation?
Yes. You can log into your account and place your service on hold for the duration of your vacation.
